Amber & Pink Return Policy

At Amber & Pink, every quilt, dohar, bedsheet, towel, and robe is hand block printed by artisans in Jaipur. This means that no two pieces are ever exactly alike. You may notice small variations in color, alignment, or print — these are not flaws, but the hallmark of a craft passed down through generations. Each piece carries the touch of the maker, making it one-of-a-kind.

Because of this, our return policy is designed to cover genuine issues (like damages or wrong items), while celebrating the natural beauty of imperfection that comes with handmade work.

We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. $10.00 flat rate return shipping fee on all orders

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging (where applicable)


How to Start a Return

Contact us at amberandpinkco@gmail.com to request a return. Returns must first be approved — items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Once your return reaches us, we’ll inspect the item for quality. If approved, you’ll receive a refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive the wrong item, or if it is damaged or defective, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products


Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the quickest way is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll confirm if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
